Qualification: This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Petroleum, Process, Structural, Chemical, Mining, Computer Science Engineering or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Job Description:
Create and maintain automation system documentation, such as functional specifications, design specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Create and program human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems to provide easy operation and monitoring.
Integrate automation systems with MES and ERP platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
Support process optimization projects by examining system performance data and recommending enhancements to improve reliability and throughput.
Ensure that the quality and validation documentation are in compliance with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
Manage change controls to revise the process and production documents to align with best practices and improvement projects, also update risk assessments, and impact analyses for automation upgrades and modifications of the bioreactor.
Provide technical support to quality teams and training to production, maintenance, and quality teams on automation systems and best practices for resolving nonconformance and implementing procedural upgrades.
Actively participate in the factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) activities to verify system functionality and adherence to requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party integrators for installation, testing, and validation activities.
